The company was founded in 1991 in Paris to offer its ser,vices mainly to the European Commission and Parliament in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France, then opened an office in London to manage programmes and projects in the EU Overseas countries & territories (OCTs) and more recently, in Singapore to expand its market to the ASEAN Countries plus six, and to the EU OCTs in the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean.

Since 2021, ALTHEIS offers its services to companies located in Asia and India as well as in South Africa, to negotiate through legal arrangements (alliances, cooperation agreements, contracts of distribution etc...), and advise them about the EU regulations, the national laws, and, provide them with the follow-up to be updated and successful!
