​ALTHEIS is structured around its International and European Expertise related to the European Institutions and to International business, and capable of mobilising promptly the best advice in ongoing and future European politics and International topics.

​ALTHEIS has developed its expertise through the EU Single market and more recently in Southeast Asia with the opening of a Representative Office in Bangkok.

 

ALTHEIS holds meetings on updated EU regulation, leads working sessions on strategic watch, provides legal studies, sets up legal bodies (companies, partnerships, consortiums, associations), drafts international contracts (transfer of technologies and of know-how), and represents and defends your interests in litigation, mediation and arbitration cases. ​

ALTHEIS Pte Ltd, Singapore, is associated with Attorneys at Law in Paris (France) and in Bangkok (Thailand) to counsel its client in EU Law (data sharing, passporting rights, payment services, ​​difference of legislation between the UK and the EU)​, Business Law, Competition Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law and, in Project development and foreign investment.

ALTHEIS clients are private businesses, public entities, governments as well as European Institutions, and regional international organisations which entrust our firm with studies, audits, and legal counsel on International and EU Business Law.

ALTHEIS offers his clients a high degree of ethics, confidentiality, and methodology and provides regularly transparent invoicing for each mission assigned to our Consulting firm.

ALTHEIS subscribes to the Transparency Register as an organisation engaged in EU policy-making and policy implementation, on referring for each mission to the code of conduct since 2012​.
